“They came by Land, Sea and Air” exhibits a variety of creatures captured in time. They have stories to tell, and the outcome of their narrative is not controlled by their creator. The piece itself does the speaking, and the viewer must decide what they chose to see and hear and make conclusions from that. Since there is no incorrect interpretation, there are multiple endings to each tale.

These works are visual narrations that use elements of species, gestures, objects and paint to speak. Seemingly random objects are bound together in a drama that is obscure. Do these tales depict fear or survival? Are the creatures in pain or are they safe? Are they are worried about our shared world? It is certain that we are too.
